There is a merry-go-round in the park, which is so old that children don't like it. Children are all around those new recreational facilities and it looks so lonely. An old park ranger peers at everything. Somehow, he suddenly wants to get on that little wooden horse. He gets on the horse and his legs and arms become short. He turns into a little boy suddenly. Later he asks the manager to fix the merry-go-round to make it new and all the children like it vert much.
